Artwork & Purchases
All artworks sold on this site are original, one-of-a-kind pieces, hand-painted by the artist. Product descriptions, dimensions, and details are provided to the best of our ability. Minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing (for commissions).

Shipping
Orders are processed within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

International Orders
International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, and additional fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are considered only in cases of confirmed damage during shipping, as outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Commissions
Custom artwork commissions are accepted upon request and subject to separate terms, including payment schedule, timeline, and scope, which will be agreed upon prior to beginning the work.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artwork.
