I offer custom, original artwork commissions for those seeking a meaningful, one-of-a-kind piece created specifically for them.

Each commission is hand-painted in acrylic and created with care, attention to detail, and artistic intention. No two commissioned artworks are ever the same.

    Please contact me through the Contact page with details about your commission request (subject, size, color preferences, and any reference images if applicable).

  • Consultation & Quote
    I will review your request and provide:

    • A price quote

    • Estimated completion time

    • Shipping details

  • Deposit & Confirmation
    A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins.
    The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping.

  • Creation Process
    Once the deposit is received, your artwork will be scheduled and created within the agreed timeframe.

  • Completion & Shipping
    Upon completion and final payment, your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped.

Reference Photos

To create a detailed and accurate commissioned artwork, high-quality reference photos are required.

Please provide:

  • One or more clear, high-resolution photographs

  • Well-lit images with visible details

  • Photos taken from eye level (when possible)

  • Images that clearly show colors, textures, and features

Low-resolution, blurry, or poorly lit photos may limit the level of detail that can be achieved. If reference images are not suitable, I may request additional photos before beginning the artwork.

Price

Commission pricing is determined based on:

  • Size of the artwork

  • Complexity of the subject

  • Level of detail

  • Special requests

Pricing is discussed and agreed upon privately before any work begins.

Timeline

  • Estimated completion time: 4–8 weeks

  • Timelines may vary depending on current workload and complexity

  • You will be notified of any changes or delays

Shipping

  • Free shipping within the United States

  • International shipping is available upon request

For international orders:

  • Artwork may be shipped rolled in a protective tube

  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, VAT, and any additional fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated separately

  • All commissioned artworks are professionally packaged and shipped with tracking.

Revisions

  • One round of minor revisions is included

  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees

  • Major changes requested after work has begun may not be possible

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Once work has begun, commissions cannot be canceled

  • Refunds are not available once the artwork is completed

If artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the artwork and packaging.
